Easter Ideas with Tamra Davis


I've mentioned the very cool filmmaker/mom/healthy food afficionado Tamra Davis before, hopefully you've subscribed to get her cooking show via email but if not check out this Easter-iffic episode:



She sent me a copy of her very handy kid-centric meatless cookbook, Make Me Something Good to Eat, and the egg salad and raisin bread sandwich is definitely a favorite beyond being seasonal right now.

That's a great tip about being able to spin the egg to tell if it's raw or hard boiled.

I tried the natural dyes last year, but sadly they didn't come out. Probably because I had brown eggs rather than white ones. Live and learn...
